Christian Tapia Stops David Veras Pena at The Met in Philly

Coamo, PR Super Lightweight Christian Tapia achieved his 7th knockout of his career on February 23rd over opponent David Veras Pena in the 2nd round of the 4 round bout. The match, held at the The Met in Philly in Philadelphia, PA ended when Tapia landed a upper cut on Pena ending the night early.
Tapia featured strong power through the fight delivering monstrous blows on Pena for most of the fight.

Tapia gets better each fight. I think he needs to step up in competition a little bit though because he continues to make short work of everyone they put in front of him.
The victory increased Tapia’s record to 8-0-0 with 7 wins before the final bell so far in his career. Meanwhile. Pena’s record fell to 0-2-1.
