Efe Ajagba Continues his Reign of Terror over Amir Mansour

Ughelli, Nigeria native Efe Ajagba (9-0-0 8 KOs) stopped Amir Mansour (23-4-1 16 KOs) on March 9th at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA. Ajagba ended the night in the 2nd round of the scheduled 8 round bout after devastating Mansour.

Generally speaking, I use this area for actual knockouts. Technically, Mansour retired before the 3rd round so it isn’t highlight reel stuff but Ajagba is fascinating to me. Is he a novelty or a true heavyweight prospect. He really hasn’t been tested but he demolishes anyone they put in front of them. Unless of course they just walk out of the ring before the fight starts, but can you blame Curtis Harper?

A good win but an expected one for Ajagba. The knockout improves his record to 9-0-0 with 8 victories within the distance so far. Mansour’s record dropped to 23-4-1.
