Jeison Rosario Scores Upset Knockout over Mark Anthony Hernandez

Santo Domingo, DR middleweight Jeison Rosario collected his 13th stoppage of his career on February 23rd over opponent Mark Anthony Hernandez in the 9th round of the 10 round fight. The match, held at the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, MN ended when Rosario landed a flurry on Hernandez until the ref jumped in to stop the contest.

The knockout was partially due to Rosario’s blazing hand speed with kept Hernandez off balance and on the defense.

The victory improved Rosario’s record to 18-1-1 with 13 knockouts so far in his career. Meanwhile. Hernandez’s record fell to 13-2-1.
