Jeyvier Cintron Set To Take On Koki Eto on ESPN

Jeyvier Cintron vs Koki Eto

On Saturday, 25 May 2019, Jeyvier Cintron (10-0-0 5 KOs) will take on Koki Eto (24-0-0 19 KOs) at the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida. The super bantamweight bout is scheduled for 10 rounds.

I’m a big fan of the undefeated Cintron. He lacks the flashy power but he throws upper cuts like his life depends on it. He loves to throw them out of the clinch as well, which is strange for a 118-pound fighter.

Eto, for his side, I think is a bit overrated. He has a decent record and to look at that alone would suggest he’s a pretty good fighter. But when you watch his fights, you begin to wonder where they find his opponents. This isn’t a new phenomenon for Japan either, most recently we saw it Ryota Murata.
