Junoir Fa Continues to Rise with a Dominating performance in Ohio

Heavyweight Junior Fa (17-0-0 10 KOs) stopped opponent Newfel Ouatah (16-3-0 9 KOs) in the 1st round of their scheduled 10 round fight.

The match was held on March 2nd at The Voinovich Center in Columbus, OH.

The finish came quickly for Ouatah who succumbed to a well placed right cross on the chin from Fa in the 1st round that sent Ouatah to the mat, unable to recover before being counted out.

We’ve seen Junior Fa before, fighting on a card that was headlined by Joseph Parker. Fa looks to replace Parker as the next great Kiwi heavyweight. Junior Fa is a name heavyweight fans should be hearing more of in the coming years.

The 10th knockout of FA’s career elevates his record to 17-0-0. Ouatah’s record fell to 16-3-0. The win keeps FA moving forward and we hope to see more of him in the future.
