Justin Pauldo Stops Federico Jesus Benjamin Malespina in the First Round

Lightweight Justin Pauldo scored a knockout win on February 23rd over opponent Federico Jesus Benjamin Malespina at the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, MN. The Orlando, FL pugilist earned his 6th stoppage of his career in the 1st round of their scheduled 8 round bout. Pauldo unloaded a pair of left hooks to Malespina sending Malespina to the mat for the final time.
Knockouts typically come from great power and Pauldo featured his power connecting with thunderous blows to Malespina during the fight.
The knockout was partially due to Pauldo’s blazing hand speed which kept
Malespina off balance and on the defense.

It’s possible Malespina simply didn’t want to be there. His effort seemed pretty poor and he looked like he lied down for Pauldo. But even still you can’t take away from Pauldo what he was able to accomplish.
The win increased Pauldo’s record to 12-1-0 with 6 big wins by knockout so far in his career. Meanwhile. Malespina’s record fell to 16-11-2.
